Two breast cancer survivors have teamed up to offer "The Definitive Guide to Thriving After Cancer." Dr. Lise Alschuler is a naturopathic oncologist who beat breast cancer, while co-author Karolyn Gazella is part of the integrative health publishing community and battled a bout of ovarian cancer. The book features the Five to Thrive Plan, which is a holistic approach for dealing with cancer recovery.
