2. Write it down.
I am of the belief that everyone has a story to tell, and you, my dear friend, are in the midst of a very difficult chapter in your life. Share your wisdom, share the struggle, be honest with yourself and with others. It doesn’t have to be for anyone but yourself. Who knows, maybe after all is said and done, you’ll turn it into a blog, or become a best selling author! The point is, when everything seems overwhelming, writing it down can help organize your thoughts into manageable chunks. And when things are going well, you can have a record of the good times to get you through the bad.
3. Swim with the dolphins… or maybe even the sharks!
Everyone has done it will tell you – swimming with dolphins is healing and harmonious. How can it not be with all that calm blue and serene water? You just let it all go and swim with the flow. OR for something completely different … try swimming with sharks. I know, I know, it’s not the calming atmosphere of the dolphins, but if it’s an exciting nerve-testing, nail-biting encounter you’re after, this may be the activity for you. You already know what it’s like to come face-to-face with some of your greatest fears. This time it’s on your terms. And the adrenaline rush you’ll experience is a surefire way to grab hold of one more good day.
