When Brittany was in tenth grade, her cousin was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had spent years cultivating her passion for coding and researching artificial intelligence, and she wanted to put it to good use. So she did some researching. She discovered the least invasive, quickest, and cheapest form of biopsy — called a fine needle aspiration — was highly inconclusive, so many doctors were not even using the procedure.
