A fitness instructor from California practices what she preaches as she leads a group of hospital staff through a set of squats as a challenge.
Elizabeth, who has been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia, is undergoing chemotherapy at the Loma Linda University Medical Center. The disease has not sapped her spirit or her strength, as she continues to exercise using furniture in her hospital room. She stays strong all the way through to the end of the challenge even as others around her wane.
Seriously, though… after watching this, I feel so silly for complaining about my own workout regimen!
