If you’ve ever heard of or seen the devastating side effects that chemotherapy can have on patients, you’ll understand this husband’s need to celebrate his wife’s last chemotherapy treatment.

Brad Bousquet bought his wife Alissa flowers, but this wasn’t your typical bouquet of a dozen roses! No, he presented her with 500 of them!

He secretly organized the surprise event and had wife Alissa’s two daughters and four friends carry in all the roses, according to Bustle.

Not only that, but he managed to raise more than $4,500 for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to breast cancer research. Brad asked each person to buy a single rose for $10 and donated all of the proceeds to Susan G. Komen. As Alissa left the hospital, she shared her roses with all of the other cancer patients.

These two lovebirds are class acts!

Check out the sweet video below, and then head over to our post here to read an update on Alissa from Brad.
