In tribute to his deceased wife, Don Jaquish planted a four mile ribbon of sunflowers. This video shows the bright yellow sunflowers that stretch down Wisconsin State Road 85 for as far as the eye can see. The sunflowers cover a strip on five neighboring farms that neighbors offered for the project, according to KREM. Once the seeds are harvested, the proceeds are earmarked to help other cancer patients.
