This is disgusting!
After winning her fight with breast cancer, Daphne Richards returned to work as a manager of a Colorado Chick-fil-A to discover her insurance was cancelled and her hours and pay slashed.
While the company is claiming this was due to disciplinary problems, MSU Denver Business Law professor Whitney Traylor says the documents produced by Chick-fil-A don’t constitute proof that there were any disciplinary problems. The documents also mention Daphne’s need to take time off for doctor’s appointments and treatment and how that has affected her ability to be at work.
That, ladies and gentlemen, is called discrimination!Whizzco
