Dr. Phil Talks With Two Breast Cancer Survivors

When Hollye Jacobs was diagnosed with breast cancer, she didn’t feel like there was a book out there that could really help her through it. Even as a nurse — someone exceedingly familiar with the medical field — she felt lost. So she wrote a book called “The Silver Lining” to serve as a guide for those going through the process; a lifeline that would help not only her, but her loved ones as well.

Dr. Phil’s other guest, a woman also named Holly, talks about going through two different bouts of cancer, and how different each time felt emotionally; the powerful and positive attitude she had the first time, and the anger and guilt she felt the second time.
