I found a lump that was benign, but when I had it removed, they found breast cancer all around it.

The cancer wasn’t visible on the mammogram, but it had spread throughout my breast. I was 59 and not ready to die! I had a mastectomy, and I’m currently losing weight so I can have reconstructive surgery.

Life goes on, even after breast cancer. I plan to live the rest of my life to the fullest!
