Why Do We Have Such A Love/Hate Relationship With Our Boobs? Oh Yeah — THIS.

“Love your boobs, and love yourself!” That’s the message that Courtney (one of the three sisters over at the Fry Sauce & Grits blog) is promoting, and we’re totally on board with that message!

Courtney is a bra fitter, educator, and a blogger — basically, she’s in the boob business, and she noticed that whenever she shared this with people, women would immediately talk about how much they hated their boobs. With the onslaught of media telling us what perfect breasts look like, no woman can live up to society’s standards, especially after having kids, growing older, or experiencing cancer! So Courtney decided to create a video that takes an honest look at what we think of our breasts and ourselves — and how the two are inextricably linked.

On her blog, Courtney says, “…As women, to completely love ourselves, we need to love and accept our boobs.  I find there’s a direct relationship between our self image of and the relationship we have with our breasts.  Breasts don’t define us, but they are definitely a part of us.”

And whether yours are small, large, perky, droopy, scarred, or not even there anymore, they’re something to love. Take a look at this video to hear from some fabulous women!

(What do you love about YOURSELF? Share with us in the comments! <3)
