We’ve all heard of cancer, and most of us have a basic understanding of what it is and how it works. But very few of us know that cancer is actual several very different diseases, and even fewer of us have a very clear picture of how exactly cancer works.
But this young lady is hoping to change that issue with her illustrated YouTube video. She’s got a better handle on cancer than most adults we know.
Vy, an avid comic enthusiast, created the following video as a part of her advanced writing class. She combines straightforward explanations with engaging comics in order to break down the basics of cancer.
It’s a great starting point for those who are unfamiliar with what “cancerous cells” really are. And it may very well open your eyes to the fact that you don’t know as much about cancer as you think you do. It’s always a good time to learn something new!
