Are you planning on getting breast implants? Do you know what size is the right fit for you? Even if your doctor has already recommended a size for you, there’s no guarantee that it will feel and look right to you. And it’s certainly not something you’re going to want to have to change down the road.
One solution to this issue is to try out the size (or sizes) you’re considering before you make the final decision.
You can do this by making a simple and inexpensive rice sizer to mimic the size and feel of an implant. Once you have your rice sizers made, you can wear them as an insert in any sports bra to determine whether you like how they look on you and whether the size will work well for you.
To make your rice sizers, you will need one “foot” from a set of knee-high hose or pantyhose for each sizer you intend to make. You’ll also need a measuring cup, dry rice, and scissors.
Watch the video below to get the rest of the simple instructions to make your rice sizers. Your doctor will be able to tell you how many CCs your recommended breast implant measures in advance so that you can use the right amount of rice to mimic that size.
