The folks over at SHiNE DANCE FITNESS pride themselves on making fitness enjoyable. They took one of their fantastic cardio routines out in public to raise awareness for breast cancer — and it was so much fun to watch!
The high-energy dance took place outside of a school before their big game. The flash mobbers performed to Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off,” and the group included adults and kids of all ages who were decked out in various shades of pink. You can even spy a few cheerleaders in the back!
The catchy song and upbeat dance moves instantly captured the crowd’s interest.
“But I keep cruising
Can’t stop, won’t stop grooving
It’s like I got this music in my mind
Saying it’s gonna be alright…”
Sometime it can be so hard to feel optimistic about a breast cancer diagnosis. Take a moment for yourself, shake off your stress, and as you watch this crowd of supportive, energetic people, remember that you’re not alone!
