There’s now more that binds Alyx Delaloye and Keaton Hamin than the Winnipeg Jets; it’s kindness.

At a recent game, nine-year-old Keaton was awarded a commemorative hockey stick. When seven-year-old Alyx, who is currently undergoing treatments for Leukemia, walked down from her seat to get a look at the stick, something clicked in Keaton’s heart. Keaton turned around and spotted Alyx. He walked up the stairs, to Alyx’s seat.
